QuickShift Mobile Mechanics – Terms of Service

1. Overview
QuickShift Mobile Mechanics (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional mobile automotive services throughout San Antonio, Texas. By booking an appointment with us, you (“the customer”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

 
2. Online Payment Policy
All appointments must be paid in full online at the time of booking to secure your service.

We only accept online payments through our official booking platform or secure payment link.
No cash, checks, or in-person payments are accepted.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Any unpaid or declined payments will result in automatic cancellation.
 
3. Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To maintain fair scheduling for all customers:

Any cancellations made 24 hours before your booked appointment are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows (when the technician arrives and cannot perform the service due to absence, inaccessibility, or unsafe conditions) are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
 
4. Refund Policy
Once a service is completed, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds may only be approved in limited cases, such as verified duplicate payments or technician unavailability.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original online payment method, minus any applicable fees.
Diagnostic, travel, and service call fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
 
5. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a $25 reschedule fee (at QuickShift Mobile Mechanics’ discretion, this fee may be waived.)
QuickShift Mobile Mechanics reserves the right to delay or reschedule services due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
 
6. Service Requirements
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring their vehicle is in a safe and accessible location at the scheduled time.
Providing accurate vehicle details, including the year, make, and model of the vehicle when booking.
Being available or providing access to the vehicle during the scheduled appointment window.
If the technician arrives and cannot perform the service due to unsafe or inaccessible conditions, the visit will be treated as a no-show, and payment will not be refunded.

 
7. Liability Disclaimer
QuickShift Mobile Mechanics is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or mechanical issues not caused by our services.
Manufacturer defects or future problems unrelated to the specific service performed.
Any delays or rescheduling caused by traffic or customer unavailability.
 
8. Agreement
By booking and paying for a service online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this document, including the payment, refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policies.
